オーナーの仕事場から近い都市の別荘です。仕事や街の喧騒から離れ、静寂と自然に包まれる隠れ家として計画されました。駐車場を含め起伏に富んだ敷地全体を庭空間にし、施工時に大地の再生の技術を使い通気通水保水保気濾過の機能を基盤に持たせた事で、起伏はあるが安全な庭空間を保てます。建築やオーナーの存在を柔らかく植物で隠し、街の中でも自然に還る場所として機能しています。駐車場の州浜や池を連想させる石庭、エントランスから続く道庭、半地下の主庭を通り２階のピアノ室へと繋がり、いつの間にか仕事を忘れ、ピアノや土いじりに集中し心を整える無の時間を支える庭に。また井戸も掘り有事の際は、解放する場としても計画されています。
This is a vacation home located near the owner's workplace in the city. It was designed as a secluded retreat, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of work and urban life, surrounded by tranquility and nature. The entire site, including the parking lot, has been transformed into a garden space. During construction, techniques for land regeneration were employed to establish a foundation with functions for ventilation, water drainage, water retention, air retention, and filtration. This allows the garden space to remain safe despite its undulating terrain. The architecture and the owner's presence are softly concealed by plants, making it a place where one can return to nature even within the city. The parking lot features a stone garden reminiscent of a beach or pond, a path garden leading from the entrance, and a main garden in the semi-basement, all connecting to the piano room on the second floor. The garden supports moments of tranquility where one can forget work and focus on playing the piano or tending to the soil. Additionally, a well has been dug, and the space is planned to serve as an open area in times of emergency.
